KnowledgeBase Consulting Group provides training courses within the following terms:
Your class date will be confirmed when payment is received. Class dates not guaranteed until final confirmation from our training department is sent.
| Payment Terms: |
| Minimum, 50% Training cost Deposit due at time of booking. Balance due upon completion of class to include travel expense. |

| Up to 14 Days prior to training date: Full Refund of Deposit |
| 8 to 14 Days prior to training date: Forfeiture of 50% of Deposit |
| Within 7 Days of training date: Forfeiture of 100% of Deposit |

| Reschedule Policy: Fees are due at time of rescheduling. |
| Up to 14 Days prior to training date: No Charge |
| 8 to 14 Days prior to training date: Rescheduling Fee of 25% of Deposit |
| Within 7 Days prior to training date: Rescheduling Fee of 50% of Deposit |
